This home was completely reimagined from the
inside out. The layout was opened up by reworking
the original plan, transforming a three-bedroom
apartment into a more expansive two-bedroom
designed for entertaining. With minimal
passageways and no wasted space, the furniture
was planned to define zones naturally. Clean lines
and restrained detailing kept the aesthetic calm
and functional, resulting in a space that feels
effortless, modern, and deeply intentional.
BMW showrooms follow a strict global design
language, leaving limited room for interpretation.
Our approach was to introduce warmth within those
boundaries. Bespoke lounge seating replaced
conventional showroom formats, bringing a
handcrafted yet international sensibility to the
space. The result balanced precision with softness,
a refined environment that felt luxurious,
welcoming, and quietly distinctive.
Created alongside P.G. Patki Architects, this home reflects a quieter, more considered approach to luxury. Bespoke furniture in solid teak was designed around the homeowners' lifestyle, with every detail carefully planned to bring comfort, ease, and lasting elegance to everyday living.
Created as a complete custom furnishing project,
this four-bedroom home features bespoke furniture
throughout. Carefully crafted in premium materials,
every piece was designed to elevate everyday living
with quiet sophistication.
This expansive space offered no walls to define it.
The challenge was to create clear zones for the
cafeteria, restaurant, lounge, and bar, using
furniture alone. Each piece was designed to both
belong and demarcate, shaping movement while
maintaining visual cohesion. Through proportion
and placement, the furniture became the
architecture of the space, structuring it with clarity
while preserving a seamless, understated elegance.
This project was built around collaboration. Working closely with the homeowner and her designer, we developed a bespoke collection of furniture that reflected a carefully considered palette, refined detailing, and a shared design vision. Every piece was handcrafted to bring that vision to life.
This home was shaped through a close
collaboration with its owner, whose personal vision
guided every decision. As the design evolved, each
bespoke piece became a natural reflection of her
aesthetic, resulting in interiors that feel considered,
distinctive, and deeply personal.
For the Piramal Project, Ash & Teak brought
warmth, character and a sense of quiet luxury to
the home’s shared spaces. The centrepiece was a
sculptural curved sofa in a striking blue, crafted in a
considered combination of leather and fabric. The
design language continues through the den, with
select pieces extending into the lounge and dining
area, including custom dining chairs.
Created in collaboration with PG. Patki Architects, this three-bedroom residence brought together bespoke furniture with subtle innovation. The living room features a custom sofa with an adjustable back that transforms into a daybed, paired with a sculptural centre table that anchors the space. The result is a home that balances functionality with understated design.
